By using NetterLand.com and its branches, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, whether or not you register as a member. If NetterLand.com terminates your membership in the Service because you have breached the Agreement, you will not be entitled to any refund of unused subscription fees.
Non Commercial Use by Members or Individuals
The Website is for the personal use of individual Members only and may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors. Organizations, companies, and/or businesses may not become Members and should not use the Service or the Website for any purpose, unless express permission has been granted. Illegal and/or unauthorized uses of the Website, including collecting user-names and/or email addresses of members by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited email and unauthorized framing of or linking to the Website will be investigated, and appropriate legal action will be taken, including without limitation, civil, criminal, and injunctive redress.
Linking to personal sites from within NetterLand: As long as your site is not for commercial purposes reasonable linking from within blogs is permissible. Reasonable links are 1 or 2 per blog posts and is at the discretion of NetterLand. Linking to commercial or to sites for the sole purpose of selling something is not permissible and the links may be taken down. If linking to your site we would greatly appreciate a link back to NetterLand.com
Proprietary Rights of Content on NetterLand.com
NetterLand.com retains all proprietary rights in the Website and the Service. The Website contains the copyrighted material, trademarks, and other proprietary information of NetterLand.com. * Provides material that exploits people under the age of 18 in a sexual or violent manner, or solicits personal information from anyone under 18;
* Provides instructional information about illegal activities such as making or buying illegal weapons, violating someone's privacy, or providing or creating computer viruses;
* Solicits passwords or personal identifying information for commercial or unlawful purposes from other users;
* Engages in commercial activities and/or sales without our prior written consent such as contests, sweepstakes, barter, advertising, and pyramid schemes.
* Our profiles are highly customizable. Here is a list of items on a persons profile that may not be removed.
- Contact Information. On members profiles is the contact information that has the friend request, ability to block a member etc. This cannot be removed as it is the only way members can block other members.
- Ads. While we all wish we could be ad free, we depend on ads to keep our site running. Removal of any ads on profiles is not allowed.
- Footer. Removal of the Footer area of the profile is not allowed.
* Violence or the promotion of Violence.
* Selling of live animals
* Adding Trackers to ones profiles, groups, pages or blogs. This are trackers that show where a visitor is from. They do this by IP, and even though the IP may not show on the page many sites provide this information on backend in the persons account. Because of this any trackers or software, or code that collects a persons IP address is strictly forbidden here and the member that put the tracking or tracking software on their page, profile, group or blog may be banned without warning.
* Substantially copying or trying to impersonate another NetterLand member
* The use of 'Verified', 'NetterLand Verified' or deviation thereof in the user name, url, or on the profile without the express consent of NetterLand.

Member Disputes

Classifieds/Market
The Classifieds/Market section of NetterLand.com is solely for the purpose of putting people who have something to sell or give away in touch with people who want to buy or take those items.
Each listing can only be used for one item or group of items only. For example, a set of golf clubs, or a grooming kit containing multiple items is acceptable; a bicycle and a dog basket on the same listing is not acceptable.
A listing is active for 30 days, after which time it becomes inactive. A period of 2 days is given as an opportunity for the listing owner to renew if a sale has not been agreed within the 30 days. If the listing is not renewed within the 2 day period it will be deleted.
If a listing is no longer necessary but there is time left on the listing, the listing creator is free to delete or edit the listing within the 30 day active period.
The following items are not acceptable as listings: live animals; items that are illegal to posses, distribute, sell or cultivate; adult material of any description.
NetterLand.com accepts no responsibility for any disputes, loss or damage arising from transactions and/or agreements initiated in the Classifieds/Market section.
